UIC Construction, LLC

UIC Construction (UICC) started business in 1978 as a small contractor serving Alaska’s North Slope and has grown into a major, full-service General Contractor with more than $1 billion in completed projects throughout Alaska and the lower 48.

UICC is a holding company of construction services subsidiaries that encompass all aspects of the construction industry. We specialize in construction projects in remote locations involving the dynamic challenges of extreme climates, complicated logistics, and minimal resources. During UIC Construction’s 48-year history we’ve completed projects valued from a few thousand dollars up to $100 million. Our project sites have been located everywhere in Alaska from Utqiaġvik to Unalaska, as well as down in the lower 48.  UICC has built everything from hospitals to houses, and camps to casinos, we’ve done it all.

We offer highly developed management systems and delivery methods coupled with a culture of teamwork, accountability, and creativity which allows UIC Construction to deliver the very best value in construction services to our clients.

UICC pursues both public and private projects of any size whether they are competitively bid or for negotiated pricing.  Our skilled professionals will partner with you to design project elements that are right for your purpose, location, and budget.
