UIC Construction completed the new Kotzebue Heritage Center and Maintenance Building in Kotzebue, AK in 2009.
UIC Construction built the new 12,352 square foot museum/multi purpose building and a separate 1,677sf maintenance building in Kotzebue, AK. Construction was complex due to unique design and arctic conditions. A second pre-engineered metal building was erected to be used as a maintenance/support structure. This project had a higher grade of finishes due to it being a museum.
