Competitively bid Joint Venture project between UIC Construction, LLC and SKW/ Eskimos Inc. The Barrow Replacement Hospital is a 100,000 square-foot, two story critical access hospital. The structure is steel framed with a steel pile foundation system, fully sprinkled with a lower level utility crawl space. The hospital will accommodate preventative, critical care/emergency care, labor and delivery, and dental and eye-care services. The project is multi-phased utilizing a local labor force and is currently under construction.
