Key Capabilities

  • Power Generation – Our Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA) certified technicians each have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and military style power generators and all associated equipment. Our Technicians are qualified to work on all generator makes, models, and brands ranging from 1.5 kW to 3MW. The Technicians specialize in the operation, maintenance, and repair for all aspects of the power generation system to include the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), electrical switchgear, Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), safety relay and switch systems, frequency (Hz) converters, and others.
  • Heating Ventilation & A/C (HVAC) – Our HVAC Technicians hold current EPA and state certifications and licenses to provide operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to all aspects of any HVAC system. Our HVAC Techs are qualified to work on any make, model, or brand of HVAC equipment to include chillers, boilers, air cleaner systems, and other associated equipment. Our Technicians have extensive experience in the installation of new systems as well as the removal, upgrade, remodel, and retrofit of existing HVAC systems.
  • LV/MV/HV Electrician – PSS Electricians possess and maintain a current state issued license of Journeyman or better. Their individual skillsets range from low voltage residential work to high voltage substation work. NETA Certified Technicians are also available to test, program, and calibrate your electrical control systems and other sensitive equipment. Our electrical team has extensive experience with the installation and commissioning of entire electrical infrastructure grids and systems for military compounds and facilities.
  • Grounds Keepers – Cutting, pruning, trimming, mowing, raking, and anything else required to meticulously manicure any greenspace. Our skilled team of grounds keepers take an outstanding amount of pride in the appearance and care of the areas under their responsibility. They are trained and experienced in the use of various power tools and equipment required to maintain any greenspace to include preventative measures for winterization and tree trimming to prevent falling branches from damaging power lines, whenever necessary.
  • Custodial – PSS’s Custodial Team provides unparalleled service and support to ensure your facilities are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with the day to day necessities that keep a facility operating at its peak. CDC guidelines for the cleaning and disinfecting of facilities to protect against the spread of the COVID-19 virus are implemented whenever required. Our Custodial team work diligently and efficiently to ensure a safe and clean working environment for the facilities’ occupants and/or end users.
  • Logisticians – Packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, material management, and asset tracking are some of a few areas where PSS has the expertise and experience to ensure your operations run smoothly. Our personnel have extensive experience in the logistics field and with various management software platforms. From vendor sourcing and procurement to disposition and disposal; PSS personnel have the attention to detail necessary to get the job done.
