This is your new hire reference site. Please refer to this site for reference material, benefits and general new hire information. The company uses UltiPro, our Human Capital Management system (HCM), to manage employee data. The system allows the company to keep records, recruit and onboard employees, run reports and perform other data management administration. The system also has self-service functionality so that employees can enroll in benefits, update address and phone number information, add dependents and change beneficiaries. As part of our new hire process, you will be asked to complete a Form I-9 compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
As part of this compliance, you must present us with documents within three days of hire which identify you and indicate you are eligible to work in the United States. You will also need to complete and submit all new hire paperwork via HCM as soon as possible. An e-mail will be sent which will contain HCM login information for you to complete your paperwork.
