At the recently held Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation Annual Shareholder’s Meeting:
- 186,720 is the total number of shares eligible to vote as of record date April 6, 2023.
- 93,361 shares were needed for a quorum.
Upon closing of the polls on June 3, 2023,
- 105,492 SHARES WERE REPRESENTED
- 113% OF QUORUM WAS OBTAINED.
The duly-appointed Inspectors of Election have tabulated the results. Based on this tabulation, Lloyd Kanayurak, the Secretary of the UIC Board of Directors, hereby reports that the following candidates received the highest number of votes for the Board of Directors at the 2023 UIC Annual Meeting of shareholders:
